Kate Middleton and Prince William have at last said 'I Will'

The Wedding , a right Regal and State affair saw Central London lined with well-wishers and on-lookers, cities around the UK broadcast the event live and street parties were held to celebrate the union.

One of the most publicized, marketed and broadcast events in British history, saw all major news channels and even websites such as YouTube broadcast it live and looking at the Prince standing at the Alter, one couldn't help but to compare him to the cat that got the cream.

With the happy couple, was a nation all to happy to set aside their current woes for a day and celebrate good news.

So, despite the BBC failing to offer the people of Belfast live coverage in the grounds of the city hall, despite some people not getting the day off while others did, despite invitations being withdrawn and others being snubbed an invitation - the only thing we will remember about the 29th April 2011 is that Kate Middleton wed her Prince Charming and Prince William became the cat that got the cream.
