Property: 'Best'
Home Still On Market
The
childhood home of one of Belfast's most
famous sons, George Best, is still on the
market, as tough economic conditions
continue to hit Northern Ireland.
The
home at 16 Burren Way, in the Cregagh
Estate, East Belfast first went on the
market with Templeton Robinson Estate
Agents based at Ballyhackamore. However as
the property has now been on the market
for some considerable time, the vendors have apparently decided
to lower the
asking price to a mere £120k and call in
another Belfast Estate Agent, Philip
Johnston, now marketing with both
agents.
If you
want to own a little piece of Northern
Ireland history, why not view this 3
bedroom mid terrace property? You could
soon own the 'Best' property in East
Belfast.
