We're
Together Again, Praising The Lord!
In a world of despair
where people are confused by world events,
by global turmoil, where people are
fighting the effects of the global financial
crisis or worse, there is Hope and Sunday
the 10th April 2010 saw Belfast Pastor James McConnell
bring that message of Hope.
For one night only
the Odyssey's stage was turned into a
Pulpit, it's audience turned into a
congregation and the roars and chants of
crowds turned into praise to an Almighty
God.
The rally started 6.45pm in the
evening and replaced the Metropolitan Tabernacle's
own Sunday night service in Whitewell.
People traveled from all over Northern
Ireland to fill the Odyssey and were
joined by First Minister Peter
Robinson.
The word 'Odyssey' refers to a great journey, an eventful journey or even a return back
home and Pastor McConnell invited those in
his congregation to start their 'great and eventful' journey with God and extended an invitation for those backslidden to return home.
Many came and accepted Jesus Christ as
their own personal Saviour.
The Odyssey Rally is
now over, but Pastor McConnell has
extended an invitation to you, to visit
with them at the Metropolitan Tabernacle
on the Shore Road at Whitewell.
You know, in this
hopeless world, someone cares enough to
provide you with hope and Pastor
McConnell's message included the biggest
invitation of Life, to get Hope in your
life, now and forever!
